We are Fiona & Rachel, here to support you on your journey of wellness in body, mind and soul.
Rachel is both a Naturopath and Registered Psychologist. Fiona is a Naturopath and grief/cancer support practitioner.
Between us we have over 40 years combined experience in the health and wellness space. We are teachers, facilitators, healers, yogis, light-workers, mothers, travellers. We are daughters and we are sisters.
We are women for women.
MAHILA was lovingly created by two friends sharing a common goal - to support the healing, empowerment and growth of women.
